Connect M5wallet

A working example of the button described in the developer docs. Add it to a page with one <script> tag.

With the M5wallet extension it connects straight away. On a phone it opens this page inside M5wallet. With no wallet at all, M5wallet itself opens in a small window — keys stay in that window, and this page only ever sees the address, signatures and transaction hashes.
